Non ho mai capito perchè le donne spendano così tanto, o perchè pensino che sia indispensabile per essere perfette. Bastano pochi accessori azzeccati per trasformare una donna comune in una star! Un vestito in morbida maglina di cotone da 9 euro può andare, e pochi gioielli, gli swarovsky bianchi o qualche bracciale d'argento. Non è necessario molto trucco. Meglio un fondotinta compatto in cipria, veloce da usare e una morbida matina scura. Il mascara spesso è superfluo. Un lucidalabbra è perfetto, niente rossetto! Mostrate sulle labbra un bel sorriso, è senz'altro meglio. Curate sempre i denti e teneteli bianchissimi.
Capelli lunghi e ben curati. Non esagerate con la piastra o li rovinerete. Usate regolarmente una crema idratante per il corpo, non importa se è costosa o meno, ciò che conta è idratare la pelle, specie dopo i 40.... Per sedurre non vi serve nè trucco eccessivo, nè piercing, nè tatuaggi. Le scarpe sono un capitolo importante. Un tacco alto e comodo vi solleva di 8 cm e questo va considerato nel caso non siate molto alte. Se siete pigre e non vi va la ginnastica concedetevi dei massaggi regolarmente, sono fantastici e spesso riducono la cellulite. Bevete tanta acqua e mangiate il giusto. Non servono diete da fame! Ed inoltre, se siete sposate..ricordatevi di non trascurare mai il proprio marito. Un uomo è sempre un uomo...

Shoes are important. Choose comfortable high heels expecially if you are not very tall. If you don't like sports or if you are too lazy, choose one massage per week. It's fantastic! Drink a lot of water and avoid diet. Eat what you need without exaggerations. And...last but not least....if you are married..don't forget your husband...a man is always a man..............
